Parador de Las Cañadas del Teide

The Parador de Las Cañadas del Teide is the only building in the Teide Natural Park. It is located in the natural crater of Las Cañadas del Teide, at more than 2,000 metres above sea level. From the Parador, you can enjoy an incredible view of this spectacular dormant volcano, which is the highest peak in Spain. The hotel is a warm and welcoming mountain house on the inside. It features a large stone fireplace, located in the wood-covered section of its common area, accessed by steps connected to the glazed rest area where comfortable sofas face outward. Taste the flavours of the Canary Islands in the dining room: try the puchero canario, rabbit in salmorejo, potatoes with mojos and fish from the islands.
