The Parador de Bielsa is an authentic mountain refuge, located at the foot of Monte Perdido, on the eastern slope of the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. The building is made of stone on the outside and wood on the inside, in keeping with the traditional Pyrenean construction style, and is surrounded by the Romanesque church of Nuestra Señora de Pineta. From the terrace of its restaurant, you can watch the descent of the Cinca river while savouring the cuisine of Alto Aragón, with simple but flavourful dishes such as Aragonese migas, Cinca trout a lo fino, roast beef, wild boar stew or the teresicas of Aragon. Come and stay in this warm, peaceful and tranquil accommodation.
